I'd like to AW my bloodwork because I'm totally paranoid about medical tests and just got the all clear that all my labs from my first appointment were negative/normal! Woo hoo for moving on from that!
DD (2.5) has a speech delay, and her speech has been improving so much the last week or two. She randomly started counting to 13 (!!!!) this week. A week ago, her counting was "1 2 1 2". I'm so excited and proud!
I'm attention-whoring my dog who has been the biggest snuggle bug recently. He even comes to sit outside the bathroom if I get sick which, weird as it sounds, is a bit of a comfort.
I'm also gonna AW myself because of proud that I was an honest person this week.
I was shopping at Target and the lady forgot to ring up my two cases of water underneath the cart (I mentioned them). When I got to the car and realized I went back into Target and paid for them! I was proud of myself for not just driving away.
I'm trying this whole "what would I want my child do to" thing.
I cleaned my kitchen this morning Oh and I got my 5yr old to school before she was late! Normally no big deal, but with the way my morning has gone those are a big deal! LOL.
Why am I so irritable almost all the time?!?!? I hate it!!
I made myself a bump banner! I made it in our wedding colors since we don't have any baby colors picked out and don't know the sex. For Halloween I cut out some ghosts and held a pumpkin. I'll be doing fun little things like that for holidays/birthdays/etc. I'll also hold the ultrasound up if we get one that week. I started this at 7 weeks with our first ultrasound, so I'm excited to start seeing a difference soon.
I love that we can reuse this to take weekly or monthly pictures after the baby is born. I may make a new one more customized to the sex though.
I am going to AW our new puppy. I really needed something to perk me up after we lost our 14 year old Chihuahua to kidney failure and something to distract me from all of the scary pregnancy unknowns.
We got Humphry, a French Bulldog, about a week and a half ago and it was the best decision ever. He is a really good puppy and so sweet. I am poring my energy into him instead of worrying. Also he is really cute

Hubby wants a dog so badly, but I want to wait until this baby is at least 1-2yrs old. I don't think I can handle a puppy, 3kids, and being pregnant, but you're pup is so cute!!
I'm sorry for your loss I lost my 18yr old dog a few years ago and I was a mess.
I was able to zip my boots all the way up today after a sad bloaty failure the other day. (Seriously, whose calves bloat this early on?) They feel a little like sausage casings, but go me!
Heard baby's heartbeat on the Doppler at the midwife today, and it's strong and consistent! I forgot how awesome it is to hear the little bug whooshing away.
I then rewarded myself for a job well done over the last 12 weeks and went to Dunkin Donuts for a sandwich. I got a coffee, my first in probably 6 or 7 weeks. It didn't make me want to puke, and I feel like a unicorn galloping on a rainbow. Coffee is awesome. Now to do all the things!!
Impressed the heck out of my midwife yesterday by being only two days off my EDD based on my estimation of when I had ovulated. Thanks, Fertility Friend!
I'm goons AW my son. He ate pumpkin pie yesterday! A year ago we found out he was life threateningly allergic to eggs but we've been doing oral immunotherapy treatment and he can now eat a huge variety of baked egg products! I know he technically didn't do anything but eat really bad foods like muffins and cakes and stuff, but in still sooooo proud of his little body!
So excited for this post! I'm AWing the fact that I went to see a lactation consultant today and I'm so excited to have someone on board with DH and I. We want to try to induce lactation to breastfeed when our baby is born! Not everyone is successful but we're going to give it a go and hopefully I can at least get some if not all of what baby needs.

So, my fridge was stocked full of fresh healthy foods when I suddenly got hit by nausea. And all that food just kind of rotted in there but I was too sick to deal with it. Today I cleaned out the fridge! There was a lot of gagging but no barfing. BOOM.
I was interviewed for Broadway world and it was published this week! I also got a message from my Disney travel client who returned from her trip last night and now wants to book TWO more trips through me!!!! Yay!

Mine look great, DH has clearly noticed but I'm too tired for sex during the week.
I feel like I am slowly torturing him every time I wear a tank top!
