Post pregnancy acne is really bad

I never really had a problem with my skin up until now.  I had my son 2 months ago and my acne has gotten really bad. I drink water all the time and it's just not helping.  Does anybody know any skin care products that work really well for post pregnancy skin?

    I had it horribly while I was pregnant, bacne. I used Nuetrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Wash just because it was what I had, then never put lotion on my back. You could always use an astringent after you wash your face, too. A long time ago I cut bangs and got horrible acne on my forward, if you'd want to use a pimple cream I can find out what it was called..whatever it was it worked wonders. Like, almost overnight.

    I use goats milk soap that is unscented-well, no added perfume. It has cleared up my skin
