I am my own twatwaffle today. I started bawling for no apparent reason during my ultrasound/nt scan this morning. Poor ultrasound tech could barely get a measurement because I was crying FOR NO REASON.

Ok, there was a reason (everythings fine, I just didn't think I'd see the baby roll over and bounce around in there, and that was too much for me today), but I hate crying and I really hate when people see me cry.

Argh.

This weather is a twatwaffle. We live in MN. It's the middle of November and it's raining cats and dogs outside. RAINING. The only good thing about this is that I don't have to drive in the snow, but I will seriously be pissed if we don't have any snow for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

It's been beautiful here in NE Ohio but I am totally cool with it! There's snow in the forecast this weekend, so I am trying to soak up all of the 60s and sunshine I can get! I think winter is a twatwaffle, so she can stay away forever for all I care!

My twatwaffle is DD's cold. We've been stuck at home for a while because I had it last week. I had to cancel her speech appointment today and she might have to stay home from story time tomorrow. I don't think anyone wants her green snot. Ugh.

Ugh. Weather is mine too. Got about 8+ inches of snow last night. We're having people over this weekend and I do NOT want to shovel the driveway or walkway while pregnant. Dh is working like crazy on a deadline and i will not be able to get him to help with it

My cat is the twatwaffle for today- I woke up this morning to a dead mouse ON MY CHEST and a smug/proud looking cat sitting on my belly waiting for praise. Yuck. And yes, I did scream, and I'm pretty sure I mastered the art of flying!!

DH is the twatwaffle today. For wanting to leave his awesome job (at a hugely successful company, where he is the damn golden boy AND he's getting a promotion at the beginning of next year) to start over for a tiny competitor and move us to butthole, Iowa because.....well, I can't actually puzzle that out at the moment. UGH.

I live in Alabama. We are lucky to ever see snow and if we do it is in February or March. I remember Christmases when my cousins and I were able to wear shorts and tee shirts it was so warm. Our really cold weather usually hits around Christmas. I love the snow and so does DS but DH despises it because he doesn't get to stay home and enjoy it with us.

I'll admit, I am enjoying the mild weather - somewhat. My least favorite part of winter is driving. I hate driving in the snow and on icy roads. I love living in a state that has all 4 seasons. There is just something about that fresh snowfall on Thanksgiving and Christmas that gives me the warm fuzzies inside!

Jealous of all of you who have snow, I LOVE snowy weather...except for the driving part...its 62 and sunny here and my only thought is "its November, its sweater time".

My twatwaffle is my husband. He insists on keeping the house cold at night because he likes to burrow into the covers. However, he somehow ends up with 3 of the 4 corners of the sheets at night, leaving me with 1 and nothing to keep my feet warm. When I try to pull them back he mumbles something about how I'm stealing the covers and rolls over and won't give it back unless I fully wake him up but then he can't fall back asleep. So annoying.

My twatwaffle today is my work....this is the 3rd day within a 10 day period that there has been no water; therefore, no toilets are working. So my poor pregnant bladder is hurting and when I tried to suck it up and go then use a bucket of water to flush, the water was all nasty so I ran out gagging. My nausea has been horrible today and I'm terrified of having to actually throw up in those nasty toilets.

And yeah, I feel ill about it. DH told me he wants me to think it over because he wants my support before he pursues the new position. I hate that I don't feel I can give it to him.

We used to have this problem..then I wised up and added a second blanket to the bed. Worked like a charm!

@Sgoldberg247 we had this problem when my DH decided to let the dog sleep with us. The dog digs the covers away and my DH rolls over with all of them. We put 2 blankets on the bed since I barely sleep at night as it is.

My twatwaffle is people at work. They microwave food that smells like garbage all day and I shut my office door today but I have a coworker working on a project and she decided to bring Thai food and leave it sitting out all day!!!!

wish the constant neasuea would let up already.

@Sgoldberg247 , I think they took both of them down. She started on one post, got some snark comments then created another post bitching about the snark comments and went straight up psycho on anyone not agreeing. I've always stayed out of it but this girl was pretty entertaining. It started under thread "ex coming out from wood works" or something and then she started new thread of "why are some women so.." Someone unleashed the cray-cray

You just reminded me of my twatwaffle for the day - people who respond to those who disagree with them with "You're an idiot" (or something along those lines). This is especially maddening when someone presents information to the contrary, yet the name caller refuses to even look at anyone's info and/or opinions different from her own, let alone be willing to have a civil grown-up discussion about it. I find this especially common in self-professed open-minded people. Open-minded means you're willing to open yourself to opinions different from your own - not that you start name calling anyone who dares disagree with you. Apparently pretentious assholes looking to get offended don't need to worry about that though because they're already correct.

Yep. Once an "open" discussion turns to personal attacks, I'm out. They've got nothing left to say that's worth anything at that point and they know it.

Work is my twatwaffle today. We had to give a writing benchmark which meant we weren't allowed to leave our rooms for any reason unless someone happened to come by to relieve us. It was nearly lunch time before someone finally gave me a break and I seriously almost peed on myself.

Today's twatwaffle is DH's coworker, who hit the bumper of our 58 corvette. He's definitely paying for it, took over DH's work while he went to a body shop, but then made him come back at 4:00 to finish his work. DH is beyond pissed the rest of the week and now I can't get my Christmas card photos done before we leave for Thanksgiving!
