Here is my intro! (loss mentioned)

Alright, I've lurked, I've read the rules for newbies and I'm *somewhat* getting used to the TLA. (Three Letter Acronyms.) Now, I think I'm ready to introduce myself.

My husband and I got pregnant after one cycle. Boy did I feel like a champ. For a couple of weeks, I felt amazing. Huge surges of energy and constant ravenous hungry. I felt so good that I began to grow suspicious, and low and behold I miscarried naturally at 6w 3d. 

That was a month ago and now the whole thing just feels like a strange dream. We are getting ready to try again. I checked out the TTC after a loss, but I actually feel more inclined to post here. ( really like your UO thread!

Now a little about me that's not related to my menstrual cycle! I'm a writer, I'm newly married, and I'm originally from Vermont! Sadly, I don't live there anymore. Well, that's me. I can't wait to start getting to know everyone.

    Welcome! I remember reading about your loss in one of the other boards and I'm so sorry. I hope you get a take home baby soon and that we can give you the support you need while TTC!

    Welcome to the board! I've never had an experience that was so supportive and also humorous at the same time - these boards are great to utilize while TTC and TTCAL. Sorry for your loss. Remember, you're not alone, and there's a whole community behind you when you're feeling down or uncertain. Good luck and hopefully you'll get your rainbow baby soon!

    Welcome, and so sorry for your loss.  FX that your stay here is short.  Glad to have you here, like PPs said, jump on in!  And I feel like if you like UO, you'll probably fit in well.  :)

    Welcome!! I once visited Vermont for a friend's wedding; it's a beautiful state :) 

    Me 34 DH 36 Married since July 2010 
    MFI (High DNA Fragmentation) & Mild endometriosis
    TTC #1 since June 2015 
    Aug 2016 - May 2017  6 IUI's with letrozole - BFN
    April 2017 - laparoscopy to remove mild endo
    June 2017 - Mini IVF letrozole 12.5mg, Gonal-F 75IU - Cancelled early ovulation, no eggs retrieved. 
    Aug/Sept 2017 - Mini IVF letrozole 12.5mg, Gonal-F 75IU, cetrotide - 13 eggs retrieved, 11 mature
    5 eggs ICSI'd 6 eggs frozen - 1 day 5 blast transfered, 2 expanded blast frozen - BFP!
    May 2018 - Baby girl born - Our Joy

    TTC #2 since July 2019
    July 2019 - FET - BFN
    Jan 2020 - FET - canceled due to family health issues
    Mar 2020 - FET - low beta - chemical pregnancy
    July 2020 - ICSI'd remaining 6 eggs - 3 fertilized - 2 survived to early blast stage, transfered both - Chemical Pregnancy

    Hey there!
    My DH and I conceived the first month and lost ours on Halloween, so we're in the same boat there. We were both so excited that it only took one month, but I had a weird feeling that something was off as well. I couldn't really explain it, but we lost the baby at 5 weeks.

    Anyway, welcome to the group! I hope you find the support and guidance you're looking for, and I hope your TTC journey is short and sweet! :)

    Bahahaha! I regularly bump from mobile but will occasionally check out on my computer. so if I had never been on the desktop site i would have no idea what you were referencing. I really hope OP is on desktop otherwise she's probably like WTF is she talking about. Hahaha

    OP should get used to it anyway.  We talk about cervical mucus pretty much daily. LOL
