Adoption support

does anyone know of any good adoption support groups for birth moms? I'm due in September and the "impending doom" is really getting to me. I need someone to talk to. I have a therapist but I can't bug her all the time like I would a friend, and I have no friends.

    Hi there,
     This board is pretty dead as most people moved to a new board. The Adoption & Foster Care board is a little more active and there is at least 1 birth mom that is pretty active. I will send you the link in a private message.

    If you need someone to talk to you can PM me. I placed a child for adoption and he is almost 9 years old now. I feel like I've been through most of the "hard parts" we do have an open adoption so that's what I have experience with.
    I hope that you found the support you needed at that time and have be able to be at peace with your decision.
