Drying up breast milk

Does anyone know how to dry up breast milk? LO has to be on soy formula due to a milk allergy so I'm wondering how to dry up my supply. I've pumped a couple times because I'm in so much pain and I just don't know what to do! Any advice?

Sudafed helps too. Be forewarned, ypu may continue to leak a little bit. We are ff and I leak.

This times a thousand. My friend actually gave me ice packs designed for your bra so they wrap around your breasts. Amazing! And maybe try a hot shower and hand express.
