3 month old refusing bottle

My 13 weeks old son for the past 2 days has been off his milk. He is formula fed and has started spitting out the milk and getting into a real crying fit. He seems to be content in between feeds and does not have a temperature so just wondering what is going on. It is almost as if he has gone off the taste of the milk it is very odd. Anyone else experienced this?

    Could be in a wonder week? My dd is 11.5 weeks old and she ate just crummy the past 2 days and has been super fussy at night. Her development really took a big jump this past week, but it's been really rough on everyone.

    My LO is breast and bottle fed and I supplement a little every day. Last week I couldn't get her to nurse and then this week she won't take a bottle and only wants to nurse. Idk. She's all out of sorts now that I have gone back to work
