Shopping for mom

My husband told me to go shopping today and get myself an outfit and not to buy anything for the baby. It was way more depressing than I thought it was going to be. I tried on at least 10 pairs of jeans and nothing fit. I didn't really gain any weight in my thighs or butt but gained it in my stomach. So If they fit in the waist they don't fit anywhere else. Anyone know where to find jeans? I'm tired of my maternity jeans (that are too big) and sweats.

    I will have to see where the closest one is. I live in small town rural Illinois so stores are very limited unless I want to drive 2-3 hours.

    I've been living in leggings bc honestly I'm scared to wear my jeans. I would have gone with a dress bc those can be easier especially with tights that are tummy control. What if you did a spa day instead? Less traumatizing and better results in making momma happy and relaxed. I second the New York and company for jeans. Another great place is target bc they have a wide range of different fits. Good luck sweetie and remember this to shall pass.

    I like the skinny jeans from Maurice's. They have just enough stretch that the fit all over but also hold everything in place so I don't feel all jiggly.

    Gloria Vanderbilt jeans are stretchy but fit good.
