  Have you asked your OB? If they aren't worried I wouldn't be either. My baby's HR was in the low 90's at 6 weeks and has varied from 110-160 and once in the 180's. Babies have sleep/wake cycles and their HR usually depends on their level of activity. I'm currently 36 weeks and it still depends on if he is awake or not.

  My OB was not worried but as 1st time mom every little thing is a thing
  I felt it was a huge drop on the HR though...

  Normal. When they are chill the HR is lower. They go through sleep cycles about every 30-40 min.

  My boys rate was 128 the other morning when he was sleeping. We woke him up by doing the ultrasound and it went up to 155 after getting him moving around.
