What can I do to help me sleep I sleep in a sports bra but last night that didn't help was in so much pain to sleep on my side ... Had lay on my back ... Then around 4am the pain subsided for the most part ... But I need sleep ... So tired
Nothing has helped my sore boobs (size 38E) except for keeping them in a fairly tight sports bra. Once I let them out, the pain is so intense. I literally only take it off for a shower now. I will say I am now at week 8 and the pain has certainly lessened at least 25% since week 6 or 7. We're hurting with you...literally!
Mine were AWFUL at first, I totally sympathize. But, the last few weeks have been so much better. Bra-less was best for me then but know it does get better!
I started wearing a bra to sleep around week 6 and it helped, but in hindsight, I think it would have been better if I got a smaller size. I was planning on my boobs growing more quickly than they have (I was sure they'd be huge overnight because they hurt like HELL) and because I was between sizes, I bought the larger size. I find that I wake during the night to adjust my boobs when I move because the bras don't hold me in as securely as I would have liked. Bummer. On the upside, they're less painful now that I'm close to week 15.

Re: Very very sore boobs
I agree! I usually have less pain in the morning when I sleep bra-less! Good luck
