  I did right before a few times and right after a few times.  I'm not sure there's any research saying when the best time is for IUI.  I also tried to go 5-7 days after around "implantation" time.  Good luck!

  7/2013 - Sweet baby girl born (Clomid + TI)

  3/2014 - TTC #2, return to RE 7/2014

  12/2015: IVF #1 transferred two great looking embryos - BFP!

  First ultrasound: TWO beautiful little heartbeats!!

  Harmony: negative; level 2: babies look great and are boy/girl!

  I started acupuncture at the beginning of my IUI cycle, and went twice a week until after my first ultrasound at 7w. I had an appointment which was supposed to be the day of my IUI, but it ended up being a bit earlier than expected as my LH was surging. It therefore ended up being the day after, and again 2 days later (IUI on Tuesday, acu on Wed and Fri). Then I went down to once a week until week 10-11ish, and then I just stopped (going to appointments was then stressing me more than anything and it wasn't helping with the nausea).
  
  So I'd say yes, completely normal to have it scheduled after the IUIs.

  Your acupuncturist will know the best times to do treatment. The protocol for iui and ivf is pretty specific.

  I go once pre ovulation and once post ovulation. Each treatment is specific to where I am in my cycle.
