Sperm Banks

My husband and I have opted after many hours of discussion to use sperm from a donor.  Has anyone used a sperm bank and if so which bank did you use?
Me: 34 (Divorced 8-22-16)
Last Depo: 2-19-13  Stopped BCP completely: 10-13-13
TTC Starting 4-26-14 Stopped TTC 2-1-16
Ultrasound found minor PCOS 9-5-15
BFP with boyfriend 12-7-16

    We use Manhattan Cryobank...they don't have as large of a selection as some other banks but their prices are more reasonable then the more popular banks like California Cryobank.  You should also weigh what is important to you both as a deciding factor.  Since DW and I wanted an anonymous donor, accessibility to a sibling "portal" wasn't as important for us as cost was (since we need at least 2 vials for every attempt).  Also, it was important to us that we use a Puerto Rican donor with similar traits to my wife since I plan to be the carrier and they were the only bank that we could find with Puerto Rican donors.  GL!

    IUI #1 - 11/2015 - 50MG Clomid + 100MG Clomid + Ovidrel = BFN
    IUI #2 - 12/2015 - 100MG Clomid + 150MG Clomid + Ovidrel = BFP (Miscarried @ 13w3d)
    IUI #3 - 07/2016 - 100MG Clomid + Ovidrel = BFN
    IUI #4 - 08/2016 - 100MG Clomid + Ovidrel = ???
