- I am thankful for my children who continue to amaze me everyday
- For Mommycon happening this weekend and I happened to get a ticket, I'm so excited as I've never been
- and thankful for the moms I have been getting to interact with on here everyday. This is my lifesaver sometimes during the day because being a SAHM sometimes this is the only adult interaction I get all day
Thank you for posting this. There are a ton of things going wrong for me today and I needed this to help me pull me out of my slump.
1. Thankful that I'm going to get to spend some time with some friends tomorrow finally finishing my son's 1 year scrapbook (he's 2 now) before the baby comes and I need to start hers.
2. Thankful that I have an office sit-down job, especially at this point in my pregnancy.
3. Thankful for my sister, who drove an hour to my house at 5:00 in the morning yesterday to watch my sick toddler for me for the whole day so I could go to work (I just started with a new company and have negative leave time).
1. Toaster strudel because they are delicious 2. Tea party toy sets because dd loves playing it and it's cute 3.naps, because I know one is coming soon since we all got up early
1) I'm thankful to be raising one, soon two girls! I never thought I wanted kids, especially girls! The thought of raising a daughter always scared me. But having a daughter has brought so much healing to mine and my husband's lives. She's like a healing balm to our souls. I'm thrilled that we will be having another daughter!
2) I'm thankful for my husband. We've weathered so much in the past 5 years. With each passing year, I'm more convinced than ever that I married my soul mate.
3) I'm thankful for our cozy little trailer parked on our property. It isn't much but we own it outright and it is exactly what we need while we build our dream home here. It kind of represents the first step in us building a new life that we hadn't anticipated when we first started out together
1. Thankful for my children and my baby boy being healthy evenythough we are having small issues. 2. Thankful for my husband working his butt off for us and trying to give us the best of everything. 3. Thankful also that my husband will be home for the holidays and will not be deployed. Last year he was gone for most of our birthdays and holidays. I love planning together what we will do and going shopping for our kids gifts together etc.

Yeah...I still have to finish my daughter's scrapbook and she's over 2 now! I just never have time since it's all at my sister's house and we were scrapbooking together
Thankful for this thread! I was sorry to not see it last week (maybe I just missed it? I am thankful for Tums! I live on them these days. On a deeper note, I'm really thankful that DH picks up the slack when I am too tired/ not feeling well/ whatever. Being pregnant is no picnic, and neither is living with a pregnant woman!
After just feeling in a funk for the last week or so, I'm thankful I took the time this morning to curl my hair. Just getting those "cute hair" comments from co-workers has really brightened my day
I am thankful for the holidays. Even though things will be tight this year they are a much needed break to spend time with family and friends. It also helps that it seems to speed things up quite a bit.
I am thankful to be graduating next month! It's been a long hard road and I'm so proud of myself for sticking in there.
I'm thankful for my husband and kids. They can be handfuls (DH included lol) but I wouldn't trade them for the world.
1) for my mom cooking food for me. Nothing's better then mom food. Even her sandwiches taste better
2)My hubby is coming home today. He's been hunting out of state for a week!
3)for consistent baby kicks. Love feeling them and it's a little reassurance everything's ok
Agreed on mom's food. Made with love and all the ingredients I don't carry in my house lol.
I'm thankful that the 13th was my 47th birthday, so I am the age that I will give birth to my daughter. But I'm so sad for our world with all the events that happened on my birthday.

1.) nice strangers. I love being able to chat with random people and learning a lot about whatever we are discussing or if it's an employee (like today) getting to cheer them up a bit and entertain them as they work. We were in downtown DC and wound up talking to some of the construction crew for 20 minutes as they were flagging cars and it really perked them up. So sweet. 2.) my mother in law. I am so happy that she is extremely respectful of all my wishes and she actually genuinely cares how I feel about something. I see a lot of bad MIL stories on here and it makese really appreciate that. Especially since her son and I got married in a very non traditional way so we could be together . (Military problems..) we don't plan on having a ceremony for a few more years. She was still super nice even though we met face to face the day before he and I got married. she didn't even mind that we had only talked on the phone (her and I, my husband and I were in person way more!) prior to that. 3.) Veternarians. When I was a kid I really wanted to be one but I can't stand seeing sick or hurt animals. Not to mention all the things they take with a smile; cat scratches, dog nips, rude owners, Etc. as much as I wish I could take care of my dog 100% on my own, I'm really glad to have them around. It takes a strong person to be vet!!
I'm thankful for my best friend since the 10th grade. We can go weeks without talking to each other, but when we get together, it's like no time has passed. This time of year is pretty hard for both of us (both suffer from SADD), and it's been especially hard for me this week, so it was really nice to just be around someone who sort of understands what I'm going through and we're able to just walk around, or lounge in front of the tv, and make each other feel better.

2. I'm thankful that my husband is an amazing cook. He made risotto tonight that was sooooo good.
3. I'm thankful for my house. We bought it last year and though it's not huge, I really love it, and I love that it's ours.

I'm thankful I'll be able to see some family I haven't seen in awhile next week.
I'm thankful the power didn't go out for long during the storm we had on Monday and Tuesday.
