Discharge and backache?!

I am 5+2 weeks pregnant after 2 prior miscarriages (9w Nov2014 & 15+1w Apr2015). I have been having a lot of clear to sometimes mucus-like discharge that makes me constantly run to the bathroom checking for blood and intense lower back pain. I don't remember having these symptoms with my prior pregnancies.

    I have these as well. I've also suffered two prior MC's, so I know that feeling of checking to see what's coming out of you literally every five minutes. The back aches are normal, some women get them worse than others depending on how your muscles begin to stretch. The discharge is also fine. I've been having a ton, and it ranges from brown, to tan, to yellow to clear... as long as you don't get VERY large amounts of the discolored discharge, it's not much of a cause for concern. And obviously, if it turns to red, you'll need to call your OB just to see if they want you to do anything different.

    I'm 5+3 weeks and have the same symptoms. I've had one healthy pregnancy and a miscarriage and didn't have these symptoms with either so it's new to me too. From what I have read its normal I wouldn't stress! Good luck!

    I'm currently dealing with a lot of lower back pain due to having a UTI. Dont forget to stay hydrated and drink a lot of water if this may be the cause of yours as well. Sending positive thoughts!
