Bump has shrunk

I am 13 weeks 5 days pregnant and have noticed that my bump has shrunk!
At about 11 weeks I had a really swollen belly and my trousers wouldn't fasten.
Now my tummy is much smaller and they fit again!
I am very petite so it was so noticeable last week.
Has anyone else experienced this?

It's pretty normal because during the first part of pregnancy your bump is more bloat than anything else, as that lessens and the bump becomes more bump than bloat it can shrink and grow seemingly overnight.

^ yes as PP stated its just bloat and nothing to worry about. My bump size fluctuated day to day as well

Yep. It's because your bump was a bLump. By the time you hid mid 2nd tri your bump will probably be there to stay.

i notice mine changes day to day - i suspect mostly based on what and how much i've eaten.

I had the same. At 10 weeks, I had this big round belly. Now (15 weeks), I have that little bump under my belly button. It definitely still shows, but it's now more 'pointy' than round/bloated.
