Cramps & spotting after Pap

Sorry if this is tmi but I'm a little nervous. Went for first apptment on Monday and had a Pap. Dr said I could have some spotting which I did (brownish and this ) later that day. Nothing yesterday until at night when I had some thicker pieces (eraser size) still dark brown on toilet paper. Today I've had cramps all day and some brown on toilet paper but thicker, egg-like consistency. Is this normal? Didn't have any spotting with 1st pregnancy.

    I had bad cramps and bleeding, both brown discharge and also fresh red blood (no clots). Lasted 2-3 days and then went away. If you pass any clots or if the discharge continues, I would definitely get in touch with your doctor but what you're describing seems perfectly normal.
