Uncomfortable movement

I am 20 weeks and 5 days today. I have been in a lot of pain each time my daughter moves. My doctor ordered an ultrasound test but I am waiting for the results, I am just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and what they did? The ultrasound tech was only able to tell me "she is doing a good job of banging me up". Other than that she couldn't tell me if everything was okay. This is my second child I didn't have this problem with my first daughter.
