Eczema??

My son developed some baby acne and then turned his cheeks very rough and bumpy. I'm starting to think now it is eczema instead? Does this look like eczema to any of you? Any recommendations for lotions or treatments? I feel so bad for him!!

    That's what my LO looks like when someone who wears perfume/scented lotion/certain hair products/clothes washed in scented detergent has held him. Washing the area and then putting aquaphor helped. We had this problem the two weeks my parents were visiting but once they left it cleared up quickly.

    I use breast milk on my LO's cheeks when this happens. Works like a charm.

    My sweet girl had something similar. Doc said it was eczema. Breast milk did absolutely nothing for us, but cortisone cleared it up completely in about 2 days. It looked 10x's better after applying it once. Below is a before and after.

    Our doctor gave us cetaphil baby lotion and wash today for his dry skin. My husband has eczema and uses cetaphil for his skin as its one of the few lotions that don't irritate his skin but isn't outrageously expensive.
