Weird question! Last time, I couldn't feel my fundus until I was early in the second trimester. This time, I'm only 7-8 weeks (probably), and it's 3 finger widths below my belly button. Is this normal with subsequent pregnancies or is something weird going on?

I guess I'm just kind of shocked because I always measured very small with my first.

Ok, I'm going to be the person that asks...what the fack is a fundus? I could google this, but I am curious to hear from you ladies

*ETA that I'm also at work, and not entirely sure what would pop up when googling "What is a fundus".

It's the top of your uterus. When you're lying down, you should be able to feel it if you move your hands up from your pubic bone and press down. It feels hard, kind of like a tennis ball or grapefruit.

I'm 10w1d and mine just popped its head out from behind my pelvic bone yesterday. It's not noticeable at all but I definitely feel different!

Some where around my backbone. Having a tilted uterus, and being pregnant with twins is weird. Like I look 12 weeks my uterus is probably getting big, but it's hanging out back there somewhere
