Hypothalamic amenorrhea

Hey ladies!!! I am looking to connect with other women suffering from Hypothalamic amenorrhea. I'm just new to this diagnosis... and am going to start changing my diet and exercise regiment to try and help my situation. So, looking for all ladies who I can bounce things off of.

    Hi Ash, my doctor recently told me I have the same issue. I do HIIT 4-6 times a week but my weight and BMI are all in the normal range. Very frustrating to think working out and staying healthy may be the reason behind not getting pregnant.
