@chelseajeanene I loved doing that with my first, now that I have my second there's not a chance for that to happen. Oh how I miss those mornings. Savor that precious time!
All over. I do bedtime in the bouncy because its easy and I like him downstairs where we can easily hear and soothe if he wakes. I move him to his Pack n Play in our room when we go to bed and then its a crap shoot. He wakes once or twice and I usually try to put him back in his bed but if it takes more than 5 minutes or so I quickly change him to my bed or his Rock n Play.
Bassinet until her first wake up then in bed with me . My DH works nights so some mornings I end up with my toddler on one side of me and baby on the other. I love my king bed and baby snuggles.
Mine sleeps in the bassinet setting of a travel crib next to the bed for his first stretch of sleep but for some reason after his first midnight feeding he has a difficult time going back in without fussing and ends up sleeping in bed with us.
We just transitioned from pack n play in our room to the crib in his nursery. Our family "help" left a few weeks ago and had been staying in the nursery. He has been doing really well so far and I think I've been sleeping a tiny but better too.
We just moved ours to her crib after being in the newborn sleeper part of our pack n play for almost 8 weeks. It was actually a really easy move! We put her sound machine in there that she always had and we still swaddle her with arms out and she's been fine. I've noticed she actually sleeps better in her room than she did in ours. I wonder if daddy's snoring kept her up too! Lol
