Im still 10lbs away from prepregnancy weight. Almost 5 weeks pp. I can not wait to start exercising. My plan is walking and jillian michaels body revolution.
I can't wait to get the all clear to work out. Mine will be walking as well and yoga at home. Mostly eating well is my number one goal since that was always my biggest problem. Good luck!
I'd just like to get back into lifting and training for obstacle course races again. I plan to start out light and build back up, of course, and honestly I'm not in a huge rush. I worked out through my whole pregnancy and definitely miss it, but I want to make sure I give all that connective tissue time to heal.
