I know it can be overwhelming and "sucky", but by 2nd trimester you'll start to feel better. Just remember that next year all the pain and sickness will be worth it to hold your sweet baby!
Have you talked to your doctor? Are you able to keep any food or fluids down? If not, you need to get in touch with them immediately, as dehydration is very serious during pregnancy. They can prescribe medication to help with the morning sickness. Make sure you are eating small meals throughout the day and not letting yourself get hungry, because that can increase sickness from changes in blood sugar.
I lurk. I snark. I offer sound advice if you're not BSC. You may not like me. I'm okay with it.
Sorry to hear that you're struggling- that's no fun! I guess just try and have a mantra going in your mind: "It just means I'm pregnant!" My doctor said that vomiting is equal to a healthy pregnancy. Also, I'm sure there are plenty of women who would appreciate feeling awfully sick, just because it indicates that the baby is sticking in there! "This too shall pass"! Best of luck to you! x
P.S. Ginger tea? Saltine crackers by your bed? Preggie pops from online? Sleeping through it? I wish I could be of more help.
I don't have any advice but I just wanted to say that I feel you -- I really thought I would be so excited that any symptoms wouldn't bother me at all but it turns out they are much more debilitating than I expected. There's lots of remedies you can try but really, I think you just have to let it run its course.
