not much progress=depression

38 week appt, stilllll 1cm but now im 75% effaced instead of 50% and ds head is at -1 station.

I feel like a loser haha, I was so hoping for some more progress.

That's still progress!!!!

But I know what you mean... I keep telling myself I have to not get too disappointed if I don't have too much progress at my next appointment. The waiting is just SOOOOO hard!!!!!!

I felt like this too cuz I'm only 1 1/2 cm and 50 % effaced... not much different. I won't stress anymore about this b/c there is nothing I can do but what I've already been doing. You shouldn't either. And keep in mind there are girls who have NO progress.

yeah i know the feeling. i almost cried after my first internal yesterday, but then i remind myself that i am only 37 weeks. i'm trying to enjoy dinners out with SO, laying in bed and cuddling, etc. since i know all my time will be baby time soon.
