Had first appointment today!!

I'm 6w3d today and had my first appointment. I had a transvaginal ultrasound and the tech saw the heartbeat!!!! Said it was in the normal range and "definitely a viable pregnancy!" I'm on cloud 9 but still very nervous because we had a missed miscarriage at 8.5 weeks last time. My doctor said once you see a heartbeat the risk of miscarriage goes down but she understands my concerns. I have pictures too I'm so happy/releived and feel like I can enjoy it but still worried for my next appointment.
