Best pregnancy tracking app?

Sorry if this has been asked before or elsewhere, but could I get some recommendations on the best apps for tracking pregnancy?

I'm looking for something simple that will give me daily updates, allow me to log symptoms, weight, appointments, etc. I have an iPhone, by the way.

Thank you in advance for your advice!

Re: Best pregnancy tracking app?

  • I'm curious about this too! I used the Ovia fertility app in addition to FF, so when I put in my BFP this morning it downloaded the Ovia pregnancy app.   It seems OK, but not sure if there is something better.

Well, I'm assuming you are using the Bump app, yes?--because they give you updates?  I also use Ovia.

  • the app version of TheBump has a pregnancy tracker, as well as a description of whats new with baby & what you may experience symptom wise. it also has a little check-list, & above the check-list, a place where you can type out a "diary entry".

    it's really great.
  • Lol you're using the bump no? If has the features you're asking for.
  • Ovia has daily updates. That's the only other app I use besides The Bump.

  • I have the Bump app which is good. I really like the I'm Expecting App. It tracks weight better than any other app I have tried.

  • I'm really into My Baby's Beat for tracking the heart beat on my phone
  • Sprout has cool pictures but that's about it, and I think once the free trial is over they want you to pay even for that. I like Ovia for the daily updates. I haven't decided yet whether I like TB or Ovia better for notes and stuff. I've tried a few others like webmd's, babycenter, and what to expect and those were pretty awful imo.

  • I love Ovia for its daily updates, as well as the food safety, medication, & symptoms look ups. Very helpful!

  • I use the Health & Parenting app. It is a paid app after about 16 weeks, but it's worth it to me. I've used it with two pregnancies now.

Using the phones microphone ? If so I'd hold the phone to an inanimate object and make sure you don't hear a hear a heartbeat .
