  With DD I called my best friends (we had just moved to a new city) and told them shortly after I found out. With my other friends I just told them as it came up organically.

  
  

  This time, I recorded DD saying "I'm going to be a big sister" and I'm sending it to my best friends who aren't local. My local friends I plan to just tell casually when we are hanging out.

  Cute! At this point I am still hiding from them which would be impossible without DH "mixing" my drinks for me! I am going to think of something cute and tell them at our Xmas party.
