I hear you. It's tough and so miserable! I have a tough time staying hydrated because even water makes me nauseated. I've found that constantly munching on dry cereals like apple cinnamon cheerios and drinking Lime La Croix water helps. Don't let yourself get too hungry, sometimes that makes the nausea and vomiting much worse. Good luck! I'm hoping these symptoms will be over for both of us soon!!
Try 1/2 Unisom (with doxylamine, NOT diphenhydramine) + B6 at night. Lots of small meals help a lot, but if you can't keep anything down, you may have hyperemesis gravidarum. Talk to your doc.
Talk to your doc! Be very specific about how sick you are and how much of an effect it's having on your life and well-being. With my first pregnancy I had to be really stern about it to get some meds for it instead of just the "keep eating healthy and keep your blood sugar up!" pep talk. Keeping your blood sugar up does help but sometimes it doesn't help enough to live your life and stop vomiting constantly. With my second/current pregnancy I just went in right away and said "I needed this prescription last time and I need it again." However, I live in Canada and the remedy mentioned by the above poster is only available as a prescription. That's all I'm on. But your doc might still have dosage advice and be able to make sure you get the right thing.
The other biggest thing for me is to never let myself get truly hungry. Because hunger turns immediately to illness and then it's hard to get anything down to fix it. Snack, snack, snack. Keep snacks on your bedside table and snack if you wake up to pee. Eat something before you get out of the bed in the morning.

Are we the same person? Because all my diet consists of is Cheerios and lime la croix. Also mint tums
I had bad morning sickness with my first (and seem to be following suit this time as well). I couldn't keep anything down, including water. I had to go to the hospital a few times for fluids and nausea medicine. It was awesome and finally gave me a little relief. I wish I had talked to him sooner.
I have been miserable for two+ weeks, including vomiting almost everything I consumed. I would talk to your Dr first, but my OBGYN recommended vitamin B6 and I can't believe I didn't try it sooner than today...its been amazing. Hopefully this is not just a good day, but I would look into it (again, ask your doc!) if you are really feeling sick. This is the first day I don't feel queasy all day and have kept most things down. Good luck, ladies!
