I recently began a series of herbal peel facials. I started early September and I have 2 more sessions left. I told my esthetician that I was trying to get pregnant. She said I can't do these peels while pregnant but that I could do microdermabrasion facials. I am pretty sure I'm pregnant (taking test saturday) I cancelled my peel spot for Friday just in case but my question is should I continue to do other facials while pregnant? This over 35 mama has wrinkles!!

The estheticians I've asked won't do them on pregnant women. Just be careful because your skin will change during pregnancy and you may become more sensitive to things. But definitely get your facials, just not the peels.

I got a facial this past week. I've never had a peel.

I was told that facials are fine, peels and things that irritate skin are not.
