Sick baby:( help...

Of course.... I've been googling and freaking myself out so please tell me someone has been in this situation?
My son is 42 weeks old and has a slight fever is very tired and cranky.. All the websites are saying DR immediately, but I'm thinking it could be his teething or just a little bug? Anyone else had this?

    Has your son never been sick before? I wouldn't stress because fevers are common with illness and teething. If you are worried or it's not getting better then call the Pedi. Are you giving anything for the fever like Tylenol or Motrin?

    Have you given his Tylenol?  How high is his temp?

    Depends how high. I call pedi if it's been a day over 100.5 and not going away with Tylenol. Otherwise Tylenol, rest, and fluids. And snuggles.
