Upcoming Appointments: just had one this week so next one isn't until December.
Rants/Raves/Symptoms: The nausea hasn't let up yet but my appetite is at least back for the most part. I'm just patiently waiting for second tri to get here.
GTKY: Are you planning a babymoon? No, we did one before our first but not this time. We are hoping to buy a house with more space before this one arrives.
Upcoming Appointments: I am getting the results from Verifi this week. Im so excited and nervous. My bff who is 15w just found out she's having a girl.
Rants/Raves/Symptoms: Im doing good minus the mini meltdown this morning. My H started on -call this week and was called out this morning. Now I don't get to see him at all today. I have to work 2-10.
Questions for the group: Those who have had a blood test- how did the results come?

Rants/Raves/Symptoms: Nausea is mostly gone. Heartburn is here to stay though. Doesn't help that I crave everything bad for it. Headaches come and go now as well. Nothing I can't deal with though. Definitely better than the nausea.

GTKY: Are you planning a babymoon?
We kinda already had ours. We spent a few days in a cabin in North Georgia. It was planned awhile back and we didn't really want to cancel or move it. Depending on finances later we may take another trip early next year elsewhere, but that's a definite maybe. We may settle for a staycation at a hotel on the beach not too far from where we live just to get away from life for a few days.
Upcoming Appointments: we have the sequnential screening coming up on the 17th. I was on the fence about doing the screenings but my husband wanted to and when I found out it meant another ultrasound I was all for it.
Rants/Raves/Symptoms: between pregnancy hormones and stress at work, I was a mess this week. I got home from work and discovered my husband had just put the pot I needed in the dishwasher and just started. This led to fifteen minutes of crying and hyperventilating. Afterwards I just started laughing over getting so upset about him helping with dishes haha

We might do a little one nearby, I want to save as much of my vacation time as possible for maternity leave so won't be able to do anything too elaborate
Upcoming Appointments: Monday for monthly exam. This is my first- what should I expect? Just a pelvic exam? Will I get to hear heartbeat or anything fun?

GTKY: Are you planning a baby moon? I would like too. DH is off president day week and I was thinking maybe a three day trip to Miami or Fort Lauderdale (we love the beach). I would like to go to charleston but DH isn't into that idea. Money is tight so well only do something if the price is right. If not maybe an Atlantic City weekend can be just as nice.

Rants/Raves: Ahhh, the real reason I wanted to post in this thread! Why do I have to be so irritable when I'm hungry?! I literally ate 5 hours ago and I've been starving for the last couple of hours, but lame old me decided to come to the skate park with SO so now I have to wait until he can get this last trick down in his line up before we can go get some dang fried pickles! Which, by the way, has taken about an hour and he still hasnt landed it... But I guess I can only blame myself. I should have stayed home where food was in abundance!

Rants/Raves/Symptoms: I'm endlessly tired. All I want to do on my days off is lay in bed and watch AHS. My rant for this week is lately I'm getting a little annoyed of all the people obsessing over the sex of their baby including my SO. I hate to sound like a judgey Judy for saying that though! Personally I just want a healthy and happy little baby!
Questions for the group: How have you ladies been combatting the tiredness? I would love to have the energy to do some yoga or do my laundry. HELP!

GTKY: Are you planning a babymoon? Yes! We will more than likely stay in the country. We are considering Florida or Arizona in Jan. or Feb.
Upcoming Appointments: Nov 16th for my 12 week.
Rants/Raves/Symptoms: Most of my 1st trimester symptoms have eased up! Our friends had our annual "Fakesgiving" get together tonight and I wanted to eat ALL the food! So happy I didn't feel nauseous and was able to enjoy the night!

GTKY: Are you planning a babymoon? I'd like to, but husband is way more budget conscious than I am and thinks we should save our money instead.
Upcoming Appointments: tomorrow we have our monthly ob visit AND the 12 week NT scan
Rants/Raves/Symptoms: Nausea has subsided a bit the past few days but I am still exhausted. I'm ready to have some energy back! Rave: I am beyond excited to hear heartbeat and see little one via ultrasound tomorrow!

GTKY: Are you planning a babymoon? DH loves skiing and we have done an annual ski trip since we've been together, so we may look for a romantic mountain town to get away to in Jan-Feb.
Upcoming appt: December 4
Rants/raves/symptoms: in the last week I've started to get nauseous around 730 pm. It's been making for some early bedtimes. Headaches are becoming more common. I'm starting to see/feel a bump which is exciting.
Gtky: no baby moon here, I know so many people who take them and love them but it is 100% not my style. I don't love being pregnant and going on a trip pregnant isn't exciting for me. I have already flown twice this pregnancy and for me, just full on miserable.
Upcoming appts: I have an ultrasound, a normal dr appointment (for tailbone pain post-slip a few months ago), AND a midwife appt on thursday before I leave town to visit my sister on Friday. I can't wait for a break from DF, I love him and he's doting and making sure I feel okay, but it's just a lot of stress knowing what he expects when this baby is born.
Rants/raves/symptoms: my nausea has been insane, but it seems more mellow today (I've been working on hw in bed though, so we'll see once I'm upright /=). I feel like I'm expanding exponentially by the day, but no one else can tell in the least, except that my boobs are huge compared to before..my pants are all uncomfortable and there is a free clothing "shop" at my school where you can get 5 new items/week, BUT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO RUN IT ARE NEVER F*CKING THERE. I just want to be comfy Dx ughhhhh
GTKY: As far as I know, we won't do a babymoon. DF would probably think it dumb.

Well, after three days of nothing but saltines and water (and then barely keeping that down) they finally gave me medication. It's not a hundred percent (brushing my teeth still makes me vomit most days, as does cleaning the drain trap) but I can at least eat things that aren't saltines.
Questions for the group:
Probably not. The last time we did something that was more than a day trip was our honeymoon, but DH and I have different ideals when it comes to vacations.

Rants/Raves/Symptoms: I was trying on a bunch of hand me down maternity clothes, and now my tailbone is killing me. I can't do anything productive without hurting myself!

We always take a trip on our anniversary (well, once baby gets here that may change!) we will go somewhere near by. It may be too late to fly at that point (mid March)
