Morning Sickness Foods - learning

I am slowly coming up with small things I can snack on throughout the day to keep my nausea at bay. I read yogurt is good. My question is I can't stand most yogurt primarily the thick kind - texture thing! The only kind I've ever been able to eat is Yoplait Tric strawberry punch flavor for kids. Will this still be helpful for me? Or can anyone recommend a brand that isn't terrible/thick!!

  • My husband and I are obsessed with honey flavored Greek yogurt. Unfortunately it is a bit thick though, but there's no texture (like, there's no fruit chunks or anything inside of it... It's just smooth yogurt)

  • Yogurt was impossible for me in the first tri. And I typically at yogurt daily when I am not pregnant. I always eat Greek yogurt- does mixing fruit or something into it help you?
  • At least you could eat yogurt. Lol. I couldn't. I'm with you on the thickness and texture thing part though. I like yoplait lactose free strawberry. It's not as thick to me.
For nausea try some cantelope and watermelon. I hate cantelope but it made my nausea go away some. Protein also helps nausea. Cheez-Itz helped me too. I guess it just depends on the person though. Eating what you crave helps sometimes too.
