I'm new and expecting 7/7/16

Hello!

Just found out I'm pregnant. I'm an American living in Tanzania Africa and my fiance is Tanzanian. I plan on staying here through the pregnancy/delivery which is making me a bit nervous but I have a dear friend who is a midwife so she's been comforting. We are planning our wedding for February so we're a little out of order in the traditional sense of things but we are very excited! 
Even before I got my BFP I just had a feeling I was pregnant. I am 26 and a FTM.
