Many of us have iPhones, and the update before the most recent one allows you to make emergency info available even when locked with a passcode-- you can add conditions, allergies, blood type, and emergency contacts.
Sorry if this is old news to everyone reading, but it just occurred to me to add "pregnant" as a medical condition with my approximate due date, especially since most of us aren't showing and probably haven't announced.

It depends which android you have, mine has an option to put owner info on the lock screen but it isn't the same. Some of the Samsung or sony phones might have better options but my guess is most Motorola phones (like mine) arent going to have it.

I have an LG. I can add it in the "notes" for my address book listing

@Sgoldberg247 I just checked my moto x and it has this feature. Go into settings, security, owner info and you can add it.
