Hi I am Lindsay I am expecting my first little one and wondered if there were any other ladies in here from Minnesota

I'm technically just over the line in ND, but my Dr's office and my in-laws are in MN.

I'll give birth in ND, though... So crazy. I didn't grow up so close to a state line, so that all seems weird to me, but quite normal to everyone from around here.

SD here but a frequent Minnesota visitor (well, since Sioux Falls is right over the border). Heck, I'm heading up the the cities on Sunday for a couple days of shopping. Ikea for baby stuff, MOA for a visit to maybe Bubba Gump's, and visiting that adorable baby boutique downtown (3rd floor practically over Marshall's)

I am jealous you are going to ikea. I am sure we will hold off under we find out boy/girl for baby 2. And my husband and I met at Bubba Gumps MOA. We both worked there. ❤️

@mamanicoleof3 No new name yet - they just did a vote. Narrowed it from 5 to 3 names. Now they will vote again. I stopped following exactly because I am so sad. I have a lot of Sioux gear - I played soccer for them. Seriously. So sad.

I haven't heard that. But I do know that voting of the new name was opened up to select alumni, staff, current students, stakeholders, etc. So I am sure that some of their voice was heard. I know I would hate to be the person in charge of the stuff...
