Hello! & Question

Hello ladies!

Bear with me, I'm so new to this that I had to wait 72 hours until I could post anything, and I really don't know many of the acronyms! Sorry!

I'm 5wks 1day with my first pregnancy ever, excited but also really nervous of what's to come! My question is, did anyone else experience implantation bleeding and for how long? I started what I thought was my period on Oct 25 which was three days earlier than I expected so I knew something was off. Then I had VERY light bleeding for 7 days! I just decided to take a test on Monday and I was surprised it was positive! I'm still having really really light brown discharge (sorry gross I know...) Anyway, I called my OBGYN and she didn't seem alarmed but said for me to come in tomorrow just to be sure. Anyone else have any stories like this?

    Congrats and welcome!

    I had very light spotting - really just grayish CM 4 days before AF was due. It just happened once in the morning and was gone. Usually, I'd expect it to increase throughout the day and get AF the next. I was convinced I wasn't pregnant but got a positive 2 days later.

    Congrats on your pregnancy. 

    I am going through something similar. I got my period 4 days early, and then decided to test and found out I was pregnant. I've still been bleeding slightly. I was also in severe pain and had an early ultrasound, I also had my hcg levels tested 48 hours apart to confirm that the pregnancy was progressing. If you are concerned, I recommend asking for a blood test.

    Hi everyone.

    Just curious if anyone else had a soft cervix before they got thier BFP.

    I am due tomorrow and have been light cramping for the past 4 days.
    Testing this morning and BFN.

    Having said cramps, very tired, can not sleep on tummy, unable to eat fatty foods but crave them.
    Living on water and fruit.

    Thanks y'all! I'm going to my OBGYN tomorrow so we will see, I'll ask for a blood test too, just to cover my grounds!

    I also had light spotting (when I wiped in the evening and again the next morning) 2-3 days before AF was due. I got my BFP the day AF was due. The spotting came 6 days after a 5 day transfer. I thought it was a little late for implantation bleeding but I guess I'll really never know! Good luck to you and definitely ask for blood work.

    @nat89w1 - sounds like you're basically asking us if you're pregnant. We can't tell you that. POAS until you get a positive or AF shows up. Hopefully we see you here very soon and GL!
