  Weeks/size of baby? 27 weeks! baby is size of a rutabaga.. whatever that is!
  Rants/raves? Don't have many rants at the moment. Raves: we FINALLY finished painting the nursery. We started a few weeks ago and ran out of paint and didnt finish the trim around the ceiling. Well I went to get more paint and finished painting by myself only to realize the paint didnt match 100%!! So frustrating!!! So 3 more quartz of paint and a few weeks later we finally buckled down and did a whole new coat in the "new" color. So now I can actually get things put together in there!
  Appointments this week? Had one yesterday. All is looking good! Measuring right at 27 weeks and babys heartrate was around 145, and she is WIGGLY! They also scheduled me for a csection (Im trying for a vbac) just in case, for Jan 29. Hoping this girl stays in a little longer than that and cooperates! I go for my glucose test next week.. yay.. 
  Gtky: Favorite thing about Thanksgiving?? (Food, tradition, etc.)I love the turkey and mashed potatoes! One of the signature foods in my family for thanksgiving is this strawberry jello salad with marshmellow/whipped cream topping! We didn't have Thanksgiving with my family last year (and didn't even have turkey! )so I'm really hoping this year we do so I can have some!

  Rants/raves?
  I have a shower date! After going back and forth between my mom and her friend for a while, I'm having a shower in mid-December. Invites go out this weekend and I've been obsessively adjusting my registry, haha. Also, I'm happy to be mostly free of annoying symptoms. No heartburn here, I'm sleeping pretty OK, and feeling good most of the time.
  
  Only rant is that I wish my yoga pants weren't so tight, and I'm self-conscious about the fact that I've gained 25 pounds already.
  

  
  
  

  Appointments this week?
  Had a follow-up ultrasound last Friday, and everything looked great! Such a relief. Next appt is in 2.5 weeks, and will be my glucose challenge test. It's making me a little nervous.
  
  

  
  

  Gtky: Favorite thing about Thanksgiving?? (Food, tradition, etc.)
  Eating everything. I'm excited because this is the first year my husband and I are hosting. H does the cooking and has been planning his menu for weeks. I love all of it--turkey, potatoes, stuffing, pie, yummmm!
