  I took it with my DD 5 years ago when I went back to work. I did notice an increase in supply, but didn't even take the full 10 day supply. I had previously had an oversupply and the meds helped me get back to that song could pump. I don't think I had any side effects or that DD had any issues when I took it.

  Is it available in the US? My breastfeeding book said that it is not regularly available in the states and that special pharmacies will make it on request....whatever that means.
  I had wanted to ask my doctor for it since there are next to no side effects but then I read on to see that the US is not a country where you can buy it.
  Regalin didn't seem worth it to me with side effects like depression and anxiety

  I know this gets mentioned a lot but honestly fenugreek worked wonders for me in just 3 days. I was only able to pump about .5 oz total and 3 days later I am pumping 2oz per boob. I also only really pump in the morning because I hear that's when your supply is highest. I was skeptical of fenugreek being that good but it has helped me immensely and I hope it keeps helping me boost supply.
