Testing like a weirdo

Hello June mommas! I'm 8 +4 and super anxious about misscarring (who isn't :P ). Is it weird of me to want to take another pregnancy test this late? I had my first appointment but my doctor really didn't do much to assure me that I was actually pregnant. I haven't gotten and results from my tests either.

Any thoughts?

    Testing now wouldn't give you a yes or no for mc. I had a mmc at 8 weeks and hcg was still 22,000. I'm sure everything is fine!

    @amawanderlust I'm a FTM too... I took test for a week straight after finding out. Even stranger? I wouldn't let my boyfriend throw them away... it felt like I was putting the baby in garbage. Lol. Yes I know it's not scientific or rational, but it made me feel better for whatever was worrying and stressing me at the time. I've since tossed them, but now have my US to look at and have in my hands reminding me THIS IS REAL!
    Will it prevent or predict a MC, nope, but I say pee & test away if it's what you need! (Ps. The little tests add up in $$$ after a week tho.) ;)

    I have wondfos so I test every once in awhile for fun. I saw so many bfns that I'm happy to see them! I want to use up my extras (got a 20 pack last time and got a BFP on the second one) since I don't know anyone IRL who would use them and I'm antsy about mailing them.

    I ordered a Doppler on eBay for 35 dollars including shipping, and found the HB first day at 9 weeks 1day. And I can listen every morning. I was one of those cereal testers! I think I have 16 positive pregnancy tests lol anyway if you can afford it, its so worth it! Hang in there :)

    I think I might do that. I'm a week away from my first sonogram so I'm sure I can hold out. I just want to be excited but the anxiety is so overwhelming!

    Put the Wondfos down. At some point, they don't work so well because your HCG is too high for them; it's called the Hook effect.
