Hands free bra

When do you guys use the hannds free bra? LO only nurses one side so I pump the other. Some times it's hard to pump and nurse at the same time so I thought I would use the bra,but I think it would be to much to set that up then nurse. So let me know when you guys use them and how easy it is?

    I wouldn't use it for one boob. I would just hold. I use it when doing both. It's def convenient especially if full and pumping for awhile.

    Oh and I'll add I only nurse one side at a time. And I just pump if feeling full before bed or in am or if skipped a bottle. Normally I'll pump both unless really uneven

    I really only used mine when I was back at work since it was more efficient. It's pretty easy!

    I only use mine at work to pump. But if you want to nurse and pump, with my first I just cut little holes in a sports bra. Was flexible enough to put flang into it to pump. And other side I just strech down under my chest to feed LO. Worked perfectly. I actually pumped other side faster when nursing at same time. Hope it helpes
