Aww, I'm sorry. Are you sure it's Braxton hicks? If so, then try some tylenol. Drinking some water, walking around and a hot bath helps me but not too hot. If those don't help then I would go to the hospital. Hopefully they'll calm down soon though.
I heard drinking water and switching positions/ laying down is supposed to help. Also, if they're not gone in 30 minutes to an hour you should call your doctor or go be seen somewhere.
With DS2 I had irritable uterus from 18 weeks on. It alternated between real ctx and bh. Any kind of activity would bring them on. I had to do a few L&D trips to check for cervical change - luckily they were not productive, just annoying. And yes, the bh could be painful. I had to lay down a LOT, which is hard with a 2-year old. Good luck.

How far are you? Make sure they are actually Braxton Hicks! Definitely recommend drinking plenty of water, this really helps me. A shift in position can help too. I always get them lying down so try sitting up
