Do you wear one or two? There was only one in the package, but the instructions said wear two.

I ordered some and got two in the package. It said to be most effective where two. One is better than none though!

My stupid baby brain actually thought you meant two on each wrist! :-\" I wear two, have to get them in the right spot and between the two tendons for them to work best.
