Placental abruption?

Hi.. I'm 23wks and just recently found out I have a partial placenta abruption. I've only had some mild cramping, no bleeding thank god!! But I'm still very scared of the worst case scenario... And also the stories I've read online as well is anyone else experiencing this or has in the past?

I had this at 8 weeks with my last pregnancy my placenta and umbilical cord were barely formed at the time and a massive SCH kept growing and abrupted the placenta almost completely away from my uterus so it didn't end well. I work in a ob/gyn and family medicine office so I have seen partial abruptions end well more often than not.

My grandma died from an abruption. This was in 1960 when my mom was 3 though. She was in her 40th week at the hospital. Both she and the baby were lost.
