Surprise Baby

Just found out I am due July 6. This was not a planned pregnancy but will be my 2nd child. We weren't planning on trying until next summer, so I am kind of in shock. Anyone else in the same boat?

    Congrats and welcome! To answer your question, ours (2nd) was planned. Our first was a surprise about 3-4 months before we intended to start trying.

    Yes! Same boat here, while my husband & I talked about having a kid within the next yr or two, this is a total complete surprise! I have one child (from previous marriage) and she's 10! So I feel like I'm starting all over! Excited and anxious for our first appt Nov 10th! Congrats and welcome to all!

    I have an 11 week old and im 4 weeks today

    Me - 31yo ~ DH - 35yo ~ Married - 19 March 2005
    TTC from 2005 to 2012 - 10 MC.
    2013 - Stopped TTC, lost over 140kg & made massive lifestyle changes.
    Resumed TTC from July 2014.

    BFP - 30/12/14 -
    Beta hCG - 6/1 = 2360, 8/1 = 3741 (46h dt), 10/1 = 6134 (48h dt)
    Charlotte Aurelia - Born 18.8.2015 @ 37 weeks. 2.6kg. 49cm.

    BFP 2/11/15 - While taking Noriday (minipill).
    Beta hCG - 2/11 = 15, 5/11 = 99 (24.61h dt),
    Ultrasound booked - 12/11

    Welcome and congrats!

    We had discussed the possibility of #4 but weren't 100% sure and definitely wanted to wait until our youngest was a little older (he is 10mos old now). So surprise baby here as well.
    Wife. Boy mom x6. Expecting #7. Wannabe homesteader.

    Hi and welcome! I have a 14-month-old and I am still breast feeding. I also supposedly have diminished ovarian reserve and was with an RE before DD, but I am here with a rather surprise pregnancy. I got a BFP on Monday. We weren't using any protection because we wanted another baby, but we were told our chances of conceiving and going to term with my numbers were 1-2%...so, yeah it is a surprise! Now we are just hoping for a H&H 9 months!

    November/December Retesting/Natural Cycle = Surprise BFP @ 11dpo! Beta#1 76.6@13dpo Beta #2 276@15dpo u/s#1 6w2d hb113 u/s#2 8w2d, measuring 8w4d hb168! 10w2d hb171 12w3d Verifi results are in and good! EDD 8/23 Our Baby Girl Rainbow Baby born 8/20/2014!!!

    Congrats!  We will have a 2 year old in December, this pregnancy was planned (due July 6th as well) but still came as a shock, we started TTC in September.  H&H 9 months!

    Surprise here also! DS will be 23 months old when this baby is born. We always talked about having 2 kids but figured #2 would take just as long as DS (we tried for almost 1.5yr). I am in complete shock and kinda scared to have a 2 year old and a newborn!

    Surprise here as well. Got pg with my two boys (18m & 6m) while I was on the pill. I had an IUD placed in July, 2 bad periods in august/October, had an u/s yesterday to find no IUD and see a small sac. I'm 4w3d. 3u3 was definitely not the plan, but we love them all the same. Glad to see there are others in the same boat!
