Bleeding without pain in second trimester

in 2nd Trimester
Hi, this is my second pregnancy and this didn't happen with my first one but now I just spotted blood, I'm in my 21 week!
Should I be concerned?
I'm calling doctor for an appointment but wanted to know if anyone has experienced this.

    Definitely talk to your doctor. I've bled sporadically throughout this pregnancy. At first it was from a hematoma. That has since healed, and I bleed for no discernible reason. It can be considered within the realm of normal (i.e. Friable cervix), or it can be something more serious, and really only your doctor can help. However, if you're just looking for solidarity, I'm there with you. Thank goodness for panty liners.
