Anyone else have more than one gestation sac at an early ultrasound?

Hubby and I had our first ultrasound at 7 weeks, and there were two perfect gestation sacs. One we confirmed a baby in and the other they could not confirm or deny a baby in... Said there's a chance at our next appointment that we will have twins and the other baby will be a week to ten days behind the other. Or there's a chance my body will absorb the other sac... Our next ultrasound is Nov 2nd. Has this happened to anyone else? And was it twins for you?

We had it with our second pregnancy at our 7 week sono and then at our 12 week sono the second sac had been absorbed.

Update: one healthy baby in there! 11 weeks now! The other sac absorbed!
