  • @brushesnbrunch i'm sorry to hear about your GD :(  that makes me sad.  Have so much fun on vacation though!  Where are you going?

@hollyallaine I too am finding that there are shirts that are starting to get short already!  I'm not even really that big yet, but i think since i'm carrying really low it's just going to make shirts not fit right earlier on.  :(

Thank you! I was pretty bummed about it, but have a friend who is a nutritionist in a diabetes clinic and we had a very encouraging conversation yesterday after I got my diagnosis. So I'm feeling a little better about it.

And we're jetsetting off to Hawaii tomorrow morning for our babymoon. I'm so excited!

ETA: In regards to the appointments section, I completely forgot about it. I couldn't remember what all the lines were and I don't think there was a Mon ticker change thread for me to reference. Oh well, next week!

  • Weeks/Fruit (or veggie): 24/cantaloupe

Symptoms: stretching. I feel like someone's hooked me up to an air compressor. It's making sleeping hard, too.

    Happy/Crappy:
Happy: We reached viability. I didn't realize it would be so important, but...
Crappy: My cervix went from 3.5 cm down to 1 cm over 3 weeks. I went to see a specialist about LO's kidney and the first thing she did was ask if I was having contractions. They sent me to the hospital from there. No contractions, but they want me on bedrest. That isn't an option financially, so I'm just taking things SUPER easy. Gotta keep this kid in there until at least Jan 1st lol.

QOTD: What is one thing you use everyday that you could not live without?
Deodorant. I've been SO stinky the past couple of months. I keep 3 bars and apply every few hours.
  • Weeks/Fruit (or veggie): 24/cantaloupe

Symptoms: VERY achy back and my hips sometimes

Happy: We are finally starting to really think about names (we had one for a boy, but not a girl). I think we like Charlotte :)
Crappy: My co-worker is probably going out on maternity leave early, and we do not have a sub starting for a few more weeks. This means I will be very busy and very tired.

QOTD: What is one thing that you use everyday that you could not live without? I am going to say the internet. It keeps me entertained, and I am a cyber school teacher...so I need it for that too :))
  • @brushesnbruch Hawaii sounds like so much fun!  I'm jealous.  have all the fun you can stand :)

@slthomp92 I'm sorry you're having some complications, besides that you're my labor buddy and i've been trying to get a hold of you! I thought you'd skipped town :)
