Is anyone still keeping the fan on?

Since it's supposed to reduce the risk of SIDS, we keep the ceiling fan in whatever room we're in on. However, with the weather cooling, it seems counter intuitive.

What are you mommas doing?

We leave ours on year round as well. He shares the room with us for the time being and I like the room cold when I sleep!

Mines always on in his room and mine. We have floor heat so we don't get a lot of air circulation so the fans help with that too

It's actually good to have them on during the winter too. However, remember to change the direction.

DS is in the hottest room in our house so yes his fan is always on, we actually put a new one in before he arrived!

Ours is off. It's finally getting cold here in San Diego. It's been dropping to low 50's at night and our house is old so when it's hot outside our house is hotter, when it's cold outside our house is colder inside.

I know. We're in the Sacramento area and I had to bust out my winter pajamas already, lol. But, DH still puts the fan on. We made sure it's going in the "right" direction. I think it'll be on until LO hits the 6 month mark at least.

Is anyone still keeping the fan on?
