Has anyone gotten hemorrhoids?

I've never had them before and all of a sudden I got them. I know we're more prone to it being pregnant but any special treatments that worked for anyone to get rid of?

More fiber in your diet. Increase your water intake. Use some Tucks pads and Preparation H. Try not to strain when you poop.

You are allowed to take a stool softener also. Just try not to too often.

Why? I was told I can take the maximum dosage every day if needed.

I'm taking colase twice a day because I can't poop normally when I'm not pregnant and I'm not about to give myself hemorrhoids. My midwife is A-ok with my dosage.
