  I think it's fairly common to not really see much that early. Try not to worry too much especially if no one at your doctor's office said anything is wrong. Wishing you all the best!

  Thanks; I see the dr tomorrow; hopefully she's of the opinion that everything is fine & is reassuring. Maybe that will buy me a couple of days of less worrying. Lol

  Its quite possible you didn't ovulate exactly when you thought you did.  So much happens in a matter of a few days in Week 5 to early Week 6.  Keep positive!!

  That sounds normal for an ultrasound that early. Heartbeat wouldn't show up that early. If the sac is in the right place, stay super hopeful, it's great news.

  Thanks! My dr was not the most optimistic & im just not sure why?!?! My HCG at 4w4d was 5050 & at 4w6d 9553...doubling time of 52 hours. I thought those were great numbers, but she said it was a little slow. She also thought that the tech should have seen the "baby", but said maybe it was too early. I left her office Monday in tears, worried I'm having another MC. I'm scheduled for another US on 11/13 @ 7 weeks. I don't feel like I have symptoms , so now I'm preparing for the worst. I'm in tears daily, but these results seem completely normal according to all the boards and what others' dr's tell them.
  I asked for more HCG tests cuz I can't handle another week of such limbo. If my numbers aren't increasing anymore, I just want to know. If they are, then I have some hope to hold on to.

  Don't worry yet. It's super early still. Are you 100% on your ovulation day? Because if not, you could have o'd later. Even if you are, you could have implanted later. Anyway you cut it you are still pregnant and it is super early to see anything more than a sac or maybe a yolk sac.
